My divorce attorney was arrested for a hit and run that killed a 19 year old girl.What happens to my case now?

He turned himself in on Tuesday, thought he had hit a garbage can. Was a well known attorney cheap prescription drugs without prescription in the area. Strangely, I had left a voicemail for him Tuesday didn’t get a response, but I left one for him on Wednesday as well, and I did receive a message from him when I got out of work, as if everything was going to be normal. What is a person supposed to do in this situation? I can’t afford to pay another attorney.
