Can you include unpaid attorney fees in a bankruptcy?

My ex husband was court ordered to pay half of my attorney fees. Now, my ex husband filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and included the court ordered attorney fees in his bankruptcy. My attorney now wants nothing to do with our case until they are paid. (Which ***** cause I really liked her!) Does anyone know if he is aloud to do this?
