I have a graduate degree from US and I am on F1 OPT valid till Oct 07. I accepted offer from a software consulting firm: company A in March 07 and they filed for my H1b which got approved. They have provided me receipt number but not given a copy of approval notice. Company A has not put me on a project so far and I am not on their payroll. Now I have offer for a full time position from software company B. I am looking for a lawyer to help me with the transfer H1b and negotiate end of contract with Company A. How do I select suitable immigration lawyer? Can anyone recommend a lawyer who has actually worked on a case like this? Do you know any good lawyers that will give a free consultation and tell whether buy medicine online without prescription they know anything about handling a case like this before any paid consultation?
